Joseph J Jean-Claude is an Electronics and Laser-Optics Associate Engineer with formal education completed at the International Correspondence School (Scranton, PA) for Electronics engineering and the Massachusetts Bay Junior College for Laser Optics engineering. Trade experience of 30 years in electronics technology and 5 years in laser optics technology. He holds patent No 6,078,653 by the United States Patent & Trademark Office for a Telecom product, He has been a small business owner in the telecom sector and developed a 25-year long venture based on a suite of products rooted on the mentioned USPTO patent. As a consultant with GTE Labs-Verizon, he developed the entire business and technical process modeling for Service Assurance and Performance Management of the Telecom Management Network geared to control their $ multi-billion Global Network Infrastructure (GNI).

Joseph J Jean-Claude is a diplomate of a pedagogical interamerican Center (Centro Interameriano de Idiomas – Caracas, Venezuela) with specialty in Spanish teaching as a foreign language. He has taught English as a foreign language for 2 years at the high school level to French-speaking students. He is fluent in the following languages: English – French – Spanish – Creole, and has published in French and English. Earlier in his life, he had won scholarships and awards respectively by the United Nations and the Givre Foundation of Argentina dedicated to promotion of social sciences in the subcontinent. He became Phi Theta Kappa member for academic excellence while in college.

Joseph has conducted long-running research in Theoretical Physics, with many published monographs and a plethora of academic articles on fundamental physics. He is a member of the American Physical Society (APS), a well-known dependency of the American Institute of Physics (AIP). Joseph carries out research in Cognitive Science and Psychopathology, Foundations of Mathematics, Relativity and Quantum Physics. He currently holds a count of nearly 40,000 reads of his writings altogether among the scholarly audience (SSRN – ResearchGate – Academia.edu).

Caroline Stamu-O’Brien, MD has acquired extensive and solid medical education with doctoral residency and post-doctoral training completed at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Long-standing fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). Has presented at Grand Rounds and presented many conferences in Psychiatry over the years. She holds medical psychiatric licensatures for a number of States.

Experienced Managing Director in Private Clinical setting and Hospital physician with a demonstrated successful history of medical entrepreneurship. Highly skilled in Psychiatry, Psychopharmacology, and General Medicine as an MD, as well as Medical Pedagogy as an Academic Professor. A strong healthcare practitioner who over the years held positions of Clinical Associate in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at NY Presbyterian-Cornell Weill Medical Center, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at NYU Langone. Currently, among other roles, clinical position in the outpatient mental health clinic and admitting privileges at Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate hospital of NYU Langone.
